2. Participation form
The form asks for a name, email, preferred session, date, group size and experience. Phone and a short message are optional. It validates the fields and displays a completion message in your browser. It does not transmit or store the entered details, send an email or reserve a place.
3. Direct email contact
If you choose to email the club, your email provider sends the details you include. Use customer@faroffgrace.com for attendance questions. Do not send payment details or sensitive information.
4. Local preferences
The optional preference remembers your storage choice only. Form details are not written to localStorage, cookies or sessionStorage.
5. Participant privacy
Results display player aliases rather than email addresses, telephone numbers or other contact details. Contact the club if you have a question about a published entry.
6. Hosting and external links
The hosting provider processes ordinary requests needed to display the site. The site includes no advertising or analytics trackers. Independent support links open only when selected and have their own privacy policies.
7. Your questions
For questions about information you send directly to the club, email customer@faroffgrace.com. You can clear the optional browser preference from the cookie page.
